Colour Inspiration: Green

At some point during this year, I fell hard for green. It’s fair to say quite a lot changed this year and me liking a colour I was never too fond of before is not one of the more significant. Still, it makes sense to me, or at least it did when I was told that it’s the colour of balance. Okay, at first I was a bit sceptical, because that does sound like a bowl of woo, but actually I have always used colour to reflect and alter my mood (most noticeably when I am feeling really lousy and I go to town with the brightest colours I can find… and, armed with that knowledge, a quick scroll through my Instagram feed will tell you all you need to know about how this year’s gone for me). In a year filled with change, uncertainty, anxiety and confusion, a full-on obsession with a colour that is said to bring balance… I mean, yeah, sure, why not.

Anyway, regardless of what it meeeaaanns, I sure do love green now! Here are some of my favourite examples:

The jacket that started it all! Love Hockney, love this blazer, love this outfit, love it all.
