ABOUT THIS SERIES
'Names Make All the Difference in the World' is a series of paintings exploring the complexity, and sometimes seeming randomness, of human emotions - how they change, combine and conflict - using only the artist's favoured geometric shapes and simple lines. Each piece in the series portrays a different emotion depending on which way round it is viewed - sometimes the feelings are easily identified, others are much more ambiguous.
